Here at the Office for Criminal Justice Reform, it’s our job to support all the criminal justice agencies – helping to deliver an improved service for the public. This sees us working closely with colleagues at the Ministry of Justice, the Home Office and the Attorney General’s Office; implementing reforms based on a truly joined-up approach.
It’s our main aim to establish integrated solutions across the whole system and to put witnesses and victims of crime right at the heart of what we do. As an organisation, we’re committed to building relationships that allow us to do all this successfully – which means that collaboration, respect and professionalism are key values for us here.
A big part of our work relies on the effectiveness of our dedicated Communications Team – these are the people who help us engage with our partners, our staff internally, regionally and on the frontline, as well as with victims of crime, witnesses and the public. In fact, it’s these professionals who ensure everyone hears about the exciting transformation happening here..
